What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003: GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

APPLICANT: CLUB IGNITE LEISURE LIMITED

PREMISES: IGNITE, 82 SKINNERGATE, DARLINGTON DL3 7LX

NOTICE is given that an application has been made for a new premises licence at the above address.

The application is as follows:

(1) Supply of alcohol (on/off) 17:00 to 03:30 Every Day; and,

(2) Opening hours, Recorded Music, Exhibition of Film, Plays, Performance of Dance and Live Music (and similar to Recorded Music, Live Music and Performance of Dance – 17:00 to 04:00 Every Day.

An operating schedule and conditions accompany the application. Seasonal variations apply in respect of British Summer Time and New Years Eve.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to Darlington Borough Council, Corporate Services, Public Protection Division, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington, County Durham DL1 5QT or licensing@darlington.gov.uk

Representations must be received by 11th September 2026. Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
