APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application to vary a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by George Bateman & Son Ltd to Boston Borough Council in respect of premises known as The Ball House, Wainfleet Road, Fishtoft, PE21 9RL.
The licensable activities, which it is proposed to vary at the premises is to update the plan annexed to the premises licence & remove and add conditions.
The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of Boston Borough Council, Municipal Buildings, West Street, BOSTON. PE21 8QR, or at www.boston.gov.uk, search for ‘Licensing Register’.
Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Boston Borough Council at the above address by midnight 14/09/2026.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
