Notice is hereby given that I, Cetin Odabasi have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as Uno Momento, Unit 9 Bishop Auckland Retail and Leisure Park, St Helen Auckland, Bishop Auckland, DL14 9AA for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:- Provision of Recorded Music, Anything of a similar description to Live Music, Recorded Music or Performance of Dance and Provision of Late Night Refreshment (Indoors) Monday to Sunday 23:00 -23:59. Sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday (Consumption on the premises) 10:00-23:59.
A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by the 10th September 2026 and sent to: - Durham County Council, Licensing, PO Box 274, Stanley, DH8 1HG Or e-mail to Licensing@durham.gov.uk.
