Notice is given that Vijayaluxmy Kugathas has applied to Rochford District Council Licensing Authority for a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003. Details of application: Supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises: Monday to Sunday 06:00 to 23:00.
Any representations regarding the above application must be received in writing by completing the online form or by post to the Licensing Authority, Rochford District Council, Civic Suite, 2 Rayleigh Road, Rayleigh SS6 8EB no later than: 14th September 2026 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Rochford District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website www.rochford.gov.uk/LicenseApp
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction with an unlimited fine.
