We Sidmouth Jazz & Blues Festival Ltd, do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence at: Blackmore Gardens & Peacock Lawn, Sidmouth, Devon
Time limited event
From 27 May to 31 May 2027
The application is to:
- Provide regulated entertainment in the form of live music and recorded music 27 & 28 May 17:00 - 22:30 29 - 31 May 10:00 - 22:30
- Provision of anything of a similar description to live music, recorded music or performances of dance 27 & 28 May 17:00 - 22:30 29 - 31 May 10:00 - 22:30
- Supply alcohol 27 & 28 May 18:00 - 22:30 29 - 31 May 12:00 - 22:30
- Opening Hours 27 & 28 May 17:00 - 23:00 29 – 31 May 10:00 - 23:00
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ not later than 9/09/2026. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours or on the Council's website: www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing/
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
