NOTICE OF APPLICATION
FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT DD Wembley Ltd has applied to London Borough of Brent on 11 August 2026 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at DanDan, 27 Olympic Way, Wembley, HA9 0FR for the provision of late night refreshment and the sale by retail of alcohol, Monday to Sunday 10:00-00:00, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Brent Council Regulatory Services, Civic Centre, Engineers Way, Wembley, HA9 0FJ or by email to: business.licence@brent.gov.uk to be received by no later than 08 September 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.brent.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
