Take notice that JD Wetherspoon pic has made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary a premises licence for the Art Picture House, Haymarket Street, Bury, BL9 0AY
The application seeks to amend the plan attached to the premises licence.
The variation is to have effect upon completion of the works. There are no other changes to the premises licence.
Any persons having observations on this application should submit them in writing no later than: Monday, 14th September 2026. The full application may be viewed at the above offices between 10am - 4pm Mon - Fri or by going to the councils licensing register at https://licensing,bury.gov.uk/PAforLalpacLIVE/l/WcaHome
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
