NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE GAMBLING ACT 2005

Notice is hereby given that: Whittaker Arcades Limited of the following address: Ground Floor Cooper House, 316 Regents Park Road, London, United Kingdom, N3 2JX is applying for an Adult Gaming Centre premises licence under section 159 of the Gambling Act 2005.

The application relates to the following premises: Palace Amusements, 6-8 Parliament Row, Hanley, Stokeon- Trent, ST1 1QD

The application has been made to: Licensing Department, Stoke-on-Trent City Council, The White House, Cromer Road, Northwood, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 6AY (hcp.licensing@stoke.gov.uk)

Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the licensing authority about the application: 17/9/2026

• A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities

Any representations must be made by the following date: It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a licensing authority for a purpose connected with that Act information which is false or misleading.
