VARIATION TO PREMISES LICENCE Licensing Act 2003
We, Jane & Paul Yarnley do hereby give notice that on 7 August 2026 we applied to the Licensing Authority at South Hams District Council to vary the Premises Licence at Welbeck Manor & Golf, Sparkwell, Plymouth PL7 5DF.
The application is to increase the licensable hours on our premises as follows: -
- Live & Recorded Music Indoors Thursday to Saturday to 00:00.
- Late Night Refreshment Indoors Thursday to Saturday 23:00-00:00.
- Supply of Alcohol On premises Monday to Wednesday 08:00-23:00.
Thursday to Saturday 08:00-00:00. Sunday 08:00-22:30.
- Opening Hours Monday to Wednesday 07:00-23:30.
Thursday to Saturday 07:00-00:30 & Sunday 07:00-23:00
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to The Licensing Department, South Hams District Council, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes, TQ9 5NE or by email: licensing@swdevon.gov.uk.
Representations must be received NO LATER than 4 September 2026.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address by appointment during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
