Licensing Act 2003 Notice of an application for a new premises licence

Notice is hereby given that we, DonnaGiù LTD, have applied on 11th August 2026 to Trafford Council (The Licensing Authority), for a new premises licence in respect of the premises known as: Donna Giusy Café 205 Woodhouse Lane East Timperley WA15 6AS

Under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to authorise the sale of alcohol for on and off premises consumption Sale / Supply of Alcohol: Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays: 12:00-21:00 Other times when the Premises is open: Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays: 08:30-21:00

Any person wishing to make representation in relation to this application may do so by writing to: Licensing, Regulatory Services, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester M32 0TH within 28 days of the application being made to the Licensing Authority. A representation may also be made to the Licensing Authority at the following email address: licensing@trafford.gov.uk

 It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
