Notice of Application for Grant of a Premises Licence

We Deansbrook Garage Limited hereby give notice that an application was made to Shropshire Council on the 13/08/2026 for the Grant of a new Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Hopton Bank Service Station, A4117, Doddington, Kidderminster, DY14 0HE. from which the following licensable activities are proposed. Sale of Alcohol by Retail for consumption off the premises from 06:00 to 22:00 Monday to Sunday.

The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at Licensing Team Shropshire Council Guildhall Frankwell Quay Shrewsbury SY3 8HQ or online at www.shropshire.gov.uk. Any person wishing to submit representations to my/our application must give notice in writing to Licensing Authority address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 10/09/2026.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine.
