What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Amarjit Singh Nagra is applying for the GRANT of a Premises Licence at Legacy Lounge Bar & Grill 166 – 167 High St Rowley Regis B65 0DX.

If GRANTED the application will allow: Sales of Alcohol ON & Off the Premises Monday – Sunday 08:00 - 00:00 Late Night Refreshment Monday – Sunday 23:00 -00:00.

Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to: General Licensing Team, Place Directorate, Sandwell Council House, PO Box 2374, Oldbury B69 3DE or via email using Licensing.Team@sandwell.gov.uk, by: Midnight on 11th September 2026.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
