Representations in writing to Newcastle under Lyme Borough Council, Licensing Department, Castle House, Barracks Road, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 1BL or by email licensing@newcastle-staffs.gov.uk on or before 09/09/2026 and be relevant to the Licensing Act 2003 Objectives: Public Safety, the Protection of Children from Harm, the Prevention of Crime and Disorder, and the Prevention of Public Nuisance.
A person commits an offence if they knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application and may incur a fine.
