Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that KZ Catering Limited in respect of Premises known as KFC Express, 207 Shinfield Road, Reading, RG2 8HA applied to Reading Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to extend the provisions for Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 2300 to 0300 the following morning; opening hours to also be extended Monday to Sunday 1100 to 0300 the following morning. Also to update the Premises Licence Holder’s registered address as listed in the application.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by email to licensing@reading.gov.uk or by post to Licensing Section, Reading Borough Council, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Reading, RG1 2LU, no later than 10th September 2026 stating the grounds for representation. No written representations will have personal details removed unless the licensing authority deems it appropriate to do so. Any request for personal details to be removed should be notified to the Licensing Authority at the time of making the representation.
