2026. Applicant: Pavan Kumar Sharma & Pardip Kumar. Address of
premises: BPTerminus, 1 Stubbs Road, Penn Fields, Wolverhampton, WV3
7DF. Proposed variation to the licensable activities: Additional hours for
the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises; Update the premises
licence scale drawing.; Update specific existing licensing conditions.
Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Alcohol sales every day
00.00 to 24.00 hours. The postal address of the Licensing Authority where
the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: * Licensing
Authority, City Of Wolverhampton Council, Civic Centre, St Peter’s
Square, Wolverhampton, WV1 1RP. Any person wishing to make
representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature
and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at
the above address* within 28 working days of the date of this notice – by

and the offence is punishable on summary conviction on or after that day
