Notice is hereby given that on 13th August 2026
an application was made to HASTINGS BOROUGH COUNCIL by John de Chane of 12 Market Gardens, Fairlight TN35 4DS
to obtain a premises licence for the premises known as Pirates’ Plunder, 8 George Street, Hastings TN34 3EG
in the following respects
Gift shop sales of premium alcohol during normal shop opening hours between 10am and 6pm Monday to Sunday
Any person wishing to make representations about this application for variation, should write to the Head of Environment & Place, Muriel Matters House, Breeds Place, Hastings, TN34 3UY;

within twenty eight consecutive days of the application date shown above.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application & the maximum fine is £5000 for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence.
