An application for the variation of a Premises Licence has been made by: JSN Convenience Stores Ltd to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council in respect of premises known as: Costcutter, which are situated at: 334 Londonderry Road, Oldbury, B68 9NB. The proposed variation is as follows: 1. Extend the Sale by retail of alcohol for consumption (off the premises) to: Sunday – Wednesday: 06:00 – 00:00, Thursday – Saturday: 06:00 – 02:00. 2. Remove the seasonal variation hours. 3. Replace the current conditions in Annex 2 of the current premises licence. A record of the application may be inspected at General Licensing Team, Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE, during normal office hours Monday to Friday. Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to: General Licensing Team, Environment and Public Protection, Place Directorate, Sandwell Council House, PO Box 2374, Oldbury, B69 3DE or via email using licensing_Team@ sandwell.gov.uk, by: 07/09/2026. It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
