I/We, Carli Black, hereby make application for a Variation of Premises Licence in respect of The Blue Boar, 177 Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS2 6EQ.
The variation which is being proposed is:
To vary the premises licence to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises for delivery purposes between 00:00 and 06:00 hours, subject to the conditions proposed within the application.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea City Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 10 September 2026.

A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council’s office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays. Or viewed on the Council website Southend-on-Sea City Council.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
