Notice is given that Mr Tarinder Singh. At the premises known as: Harrow Local Food and Wine, 379 Station Road, Harrow, HA1 2AW. Has applied to The London Borough of Harrow for a Variation of the Existing Premises Licence. The proposed change in the Licence is: Extend Sale of Alcohol and Premises Opening Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 00:00, Friday and Saturday: 07:00 – 01:00, Sunday: 07:00 – 00:00.

Representations must be based on one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. Please note that any petitions must follow certain rules. Copies of these representations will initially be sent to the applicant for their consideration. Persons making representations in respect of this application must be prepared to attend in person at a public hearing before the licensing committee of the council. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to a fine of an unlimited amount.
