Notice is given that E1 Harvest Ltd has applied to The London Borough of Tower Hamlets Licensing Authority to Vary the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003, for the premises at 103 Brick Lane, London, E1 6SE, known as Harvest. The Variation is to Permit the Sale by Retail of Alcohol for Off Sales Only to be extended to 23:00 - Monday to Saturday and to 22:30 on a Sunday.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Environmental Health and Trading Standards, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1BJ, or by email to: licensing@towerhamlets.gov.uk, website: www.towerhamlets.gov.uk, Tel: 020 7364 5008. Representations must be received no later than 10/09/2026. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited fine).
