What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Nando’s Chickenland Ltd to the Licensing Authority of City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council for a Premises Licence for the Nando’s Unit 2, Alexandra Mills Retail Park, Gresley Road, Keighley BD21 5JG. The application includes the following terms:-
1. To permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between 1000 and 0000 Monday to Sunday.
2. To permit the provision of late night refreshment between 2300 and 0000 Monday to Sunday.
Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Licensing Team, Shearbridge Depot, Shearbridge Road, Bradford BD7 1PU between the hours of 0900 – 1700 Monday to Thursday and 0900 – 1630 Friday. The Licensing register is available online at www.bradfordlicensing.org.uk
A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at the above address or via email to Licensing@bradford.gov.uk any time up to and including 7th September 2026.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
