TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary the Premises Licence for the Joseph Else, 11-12 South Parade, Old Market Square, Nottingham, NG1 2JS.
The application seeks to amend the hours on the premises licence as follows:
Sale by Retail of Alcohol:
Sunday to Thursday 0900 – 0100 (currently 0030)
Friday and Saturday 0900 – 0200 (currently 0130)
Late Night Refreshment:
Sunday to Thursday 2300 – 0100 (currently 0030)
Friday and Saturday 2300 – 0200 (currently 0130)
Opening:
Sunday to Thursday 0700 – 0130 (currently 0100)
Friday and Saturday 0700 – 0230 (currently 0200)
To amend non-standard timings as detailed in the application form.
There are no other changes to the premises licence.
The Licensing Register, and full details of this application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Nottingham City Council, Communities, Licensing, Tamar Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday by prior appointment.
Interested parties or responsible authorities can make representations in writing to the Licensing Authority at any time up to Tuesday, 15th September 2026.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licensing application and the fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
