I, Thomas Yohanes, of Zara Restaurant, 14 Lawfords Gate, Bristol, BS2 0DY, have submitted an application to Bristol City Council, Licensing Authority, 100 Temple Street, Bristol BS1 6AG, for the variation of a premises licence. The record of the application may also be inspected at this address between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday - Friday, except Wednesday when the opening hours are 10.00 am and 5.00 pm or on the Council’s website at www.bristol.gov. uk. Proposed hours: Monday to Thursday 15:00 to 22:00, Friday 15:00 to 03:00, Saturday 15:00 - 04:00, Sunday 16:00 to 22:00

The proposal is that the restaurant will extend its opening hours from 23:00 to 3:00 on Fridays and from 23:00 to 4:00 on Saturdays. This will be primarily food-led, and alcohol and recorded music will be provided to restaurant customers for consumption on the premises only.
Relevant persons and responsible authorities may make written representation to the relevant Licensing Authority by 8/9/26: such representation shall be made in writing to Licensing Team, PO Box 3300, Bristol, BS1 9LN or via email: licensing@bristol.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum penalty for a person convicted on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
