LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE
TAKE NOTICE that The Crafty Baah Ltd has applied to North Yorkshire Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as Baah & Tap, 5 Coach Street, Skipton BD23 1LH.
FOR Recorded and Live Music (indoors) Mon-Thu 11:00-23:30, Fri-Sat 11:00-00:30 and Sun 11:00-22:30. Retail Sale of Alcohol (on and off premises) Mon-Thu 11:00-23:00, Fri-Sat 11:00-00:00 and Sun 11:00-22:00.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ or email licensing.west@northyorks.gov.uk by 9 September 2026. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
