Notice is hereby given that Mr Mix HQ LTD has applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as Mr Mix HQ, 39 Medomsley Road, Consett, County Durham. DH8 5HE for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:-
Sale by Retail of Alcohol (Consumption on and off the premises) Monday to Sundays 10:00 - 01.30. Provision of Films (Indoors) Monday to Sundays 10:00 - 00:00. Provision of Live Music, Provision of Recorded Music, Provision of Performance of Dance, Provision of anything of a similar description to Live Music, Recorded Music or Performances of Dance, Late Night Refreshment (Indoors) Monday to Sundays 23:00 - 01:30. Non Standard timings for all licensable activities from the end of the permitted hours on New Years Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Years Day.
A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm.
