Notice is hereby given that Mohammed Ba-Azab has applied to Liverpool City Council for a premises licence as follows:
1) Opening hours 00:00 to 24:00 daily
2) Sale of alcohol hours for consumption off the premises: Monday to Wednesday 07:00 to 04:00, Thursday 07:00 to 04:00 Monday morning.
3) Late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 05:00.

licensingrepresentations, or alternatively ring 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application.
Representation can also be made by post to – Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.
Any person wishing to submit relevant representations to this application must give notice in writing to the address shown above by: 14th September 2026.
It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
