Notice of application for a premises licence variation

Notice is hereby given that SEWELL RETAIL LIMITED has applied to Hull City Council for a premises licence variation as follows:

1) Update premises plan.

2) Removal of all conditions at Annex 2 to be replaced with more up to date and appropriate conditions.

The application can be inspected at: https://www.hull.gov.uk/downloads/download/292/apply-for-a-premises-licence.

Representations should be made in writing to: Hull City Council Licensing Section, 33 Witham, Hull, HU9 1DB. Tel: 01482 615 462 or email: liquor@hullcc.gov.uk. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations to this application must give notice in writing to the address shown above by 14th September 2026.

It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
