Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015)NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at Former B&W Nurseries, Salisbury Road, Plaitford. I give notice that SDM is applying to the New Forest National Park Authority for full planning permission for the redevelopment of the B&W nurseries site, demolition of the existing buildings and the erection of two buildings for commercial and business uses (Use Class E (g)(i) office, (ii) the research and development of products and processes or (iii) any industrial process, and ancillary uses Class E (d) gym and Class E (f) nursery of the Town and Country (Use Classes) Order 1987 (As amended)), together with associated vehicle and cycle parking, landscape treatment, drainage infrastructure and other associated works.

Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council within 21 days of the date of this notice at New Forest National Park Authority, Lymington Town Hall, Avenue Road, Lymington, SO41 9ZG by 10 September 2026.

*”Owner”* is defined as a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.

**”Tenant”** is defined as a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land
