Notice is hereby given that, Dove Group Holdings Ltd, have applied on 13 August 2026 to Middlesbrough Council Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the above-mentioned premises. The licensable activities applied for are Live Music, Recorded Music, Late Night Refreshment 23:00-03:00 daily and The Sale of Alcohol “on” the premise 12:00-03:00 daily. Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of this application should write to Middlesbrough Council Licensing Office at the address stated below. Representations must be made in writing or emailed to licensing@middlesbrough.gov.uk and must be received no later than 10th September 2026.
It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 (unlimited amount) on the standard scale, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
