Application for a new Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that on 13th August 2026 we, LDN Wild Ltd applied to Chelmsford City Council for a TIME LIMITED premises licence in relation to: Wheelers Farm, Wheelers Hill, Little Waltham, Chelmsford, Essex, CM3 3LZ.

The proposed application is to permit Sale of Alcohol, Films, Live Music, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance for the following times: Friday to Sunday 13:00 until 23:00.

This time limited licence will permit 1 event during the 2027 calendar year with a capacity of not more than 7500. All on such terms and conditions as proposed or may be agreed and as set out further in the application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of their representation stating the grounds for making said representation concerning this application to Chelmsford City Council (Licensing) Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, CM1 1JE or by emailing licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk, on or before 10TH September 2026.

The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.chelmsford.gov.uk and searching for incoming applications.

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
