What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 Notice is hereby given that SBR Retail Limited has applied to West Berkshire District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as KFC, 11Wharf Road, Newbury, RG14 5QP. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the provision of Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 2300 to 0300 the following morning; opening hours Monday to Sunday 1000 to 0300 the following morning. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by email to licensing@westberks.gov.uk or by post to Licensing Team, Public Protection Partnership, Council Offices, Market Street, Newbury, RG14 5LD no later than 14th September 2026 stating the grounds for representation. The register of West Berkshire District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - https://www.publicprotectionpartnership.org.uk/ article/44414/View-current-Licensing-Act-2003- applications It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
