To whom it may concern. We Samtrend Ltd do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence at Unit 1, St Georges, Victoria Place, Axminster - EX13 5NQ
The application is to The Sale of Alcohol for Consumption off the Premises
Opening Hours - Every Day - 07:00 -23:00
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ not later than 11/09/2026
Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours or on the Council’s website: www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing/
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
