What is proposed?
PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003
To whom it may concern: I, Vanessa Gottardi do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a new of Premises Licence at: EX8 1AF, 20 STRAND and known as ANIMA ARTISAN EATERY.
The application is to permit the following licensable activity: sale of alcohol for consumption on/off the premises on Monday to Sunday from 11:00 to 22:00.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ not later than 9th Soptember 2026. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours or on the Council’s website: www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing/
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
