Notice is hereby given that Supercharger Central Limited has applied to Folkestone & Hythe District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as KFC Junction 11 M20 Services, M20 Stop 24 Services & Port Early Arrivals, Stanford Intersection, Hythe, CT21 4BL.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the provision of Late Night Refreshment (Indoors & Outdoors) Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 05:00 the following morning.
The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 05:00 the following morning.
Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, CT20 2QY, or via email to licensing@folkestonehythe.gov.uk no later than 7 September 2026 stating the grounds for objection.
The register of Folkestone & Hythe District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website – www.folkestone-hythe.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
