NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 12th of August 2026 T.J. Morris Limited applied to North Tyneside Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Home Bargains, Wallsend 2 (former Buzz Bingo), Middle Engine Lane, Wallsend NE28 9NT. The proposed licensable activities are ;- The supply of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 06:00 to 24:00.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- The Licensing Section, The Killingworth Site, Harvey Combe, Killingworth, Newcastle upon Tyne NE12 6QQ or by e-mail to liquor.licensing@northtyneside.gov.uk no later than the 9th of September 2026 stating the grounds for representations.
The register of North Tyneside Council and the record of the application may be inspected by appointment at the above address between 9.30am and 4pm Monday to Friday or via www.northtyneside.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
