APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE - NOTICE

Take notice that Mr Eugene Irwin made application on 10 August 2026: The Dying Gladiator, Bigby Street, Brigg, North Lincolnshire, DN20 8EF for the said amendment to be made to the existing premises licence:

Remove the condition "Outside drinking shall cease at 23:00hrs."

Current Sale of Alcohol for Consumption On and Off the Premises -
Authorised Hours

Sunday to Thursday, 10:00hrs to 01:00hrs the following morning

Friday to Saturday, 10:00hrs to 02:00hrs the following morning

Non-standard timings: 10:00hrs on New Year's Eve to 01:00hrs on 2 January. Outside drinking shall cease at 23:00hrs.

Any person may make representation (either in support, or in objection to this application). Representations must be made in writing, by emailing licensing@northlincs.gov.uk or by writing to Licensing Division, PO Box 42, Church Square House, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire DN15 6XQ. 

Representations must be received within a 28-day period starting on the day after the day on which the complete application was given to North Lincolnshire Council's Licensing Division(**).

When submitting representations, please refer to the "Guidance Notes and FAQs" document provided at www.northlincs.gov.uk/licensing/, under "Policies and Registers".

The application setting out the full details can be viewed by appointment at Church Square House, 09:30hrs to 16:30hrs Monday to Friday. 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale.
