What is proposed?

Licencing Act 2003 Variation

Notice is hereby given that We RS Lock Ltd have made application to the Plymouth City Council, being the Licensing Authority for the purposes of the above Act, for the variation of a Premises Licence/Club Premises Certificate in respect of the premises situated and known as:

THE GREEK, 2 Quay Point (Next to Mayflower Steps), Barbican, Plymouth, PL1 2LS

The application has been made to vary the licensable activities or relevant qualifying club activities to extend the hours of operation until:
Days Hours
Weekdays 10:00 - 23:00
Sundays 10:00 - 23:00

The activities are: Sale of alcohol on / off premises.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
