What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Supercharger Central Limited has applied to Ashford Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as KFC Ashford DT, Unit 1, Fletching Lane, Waterbrook Park, Sevington, Ashford, TN24 0ZP.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the provision for Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 05:00 the following morning. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 05:00 the following morning.

A register of licensing applications can be viewed at Licensing, Ashford Borough Council, International House, Dover Place Ashford, Kent,
TN23 1HU by appointment only (Tel: 01233 33111).

Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the address shown above, or by email to licensing@ashford.gov.uk, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 7 September 2026.

The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous.

Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the
Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives:

THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER, PUBLIC SAFETY,THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCEANDTHE PROTECTION OF
CHILDREN FROM HARM.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
