NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR The Beagle On Gay St. Restaurant of a PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

The Beagle On Ltd. 35, Gay St. Bath BA1 2NT applied to Bath & North East Somerset Council on 11.08.26 for a licence to use the premises at 35, Gay St. Bath BA1 2NT. for the sale by retail of alcohol and playing recorded music Wednesdays to Sundays 10am-10pm.

Notification of the application made to the Licensing Authority is available on a register at www.bathnes.gov.uk/public-registers.

Representations should be made in writing to: Bath & North East Somerset Council Licensing Services Lewis House Manvers Street Bath BA1 1JG or by email to licensing@bathnes.gov.uk

Representations must be received by no later than September 10th 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on summary conviction
