NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: Aladdin’s, 13 High Street, Brownhills, Walsall, WS8 6ED

Notice is hereby given that Nohman Daniaal Ali has applied to Walsall Council as the Licensing Authority for a premises licence under s.17 of the Licensing Act 2003.

Monday to Sunday - 12:00 - 03:00

Late Night Refreshment:
Monday to Sunday - 23:00 - 03:00

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Unit, Walsall Council, Civic Centre, Walsall, WS1 1TP, or via email to Licensing@walsall.gov.uk Representations must be received no later than: 08/09/2026.

The Application Record and Register may be viewed by prior arrangement with the licensing authority, please email us at Licensing@walsall.gov.uk.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
