The applicant has applied to the Licensing Authority for a premises licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities: 1. To allow the sale of alcohol to between the hours of 0000 and 2400 daily for consumption off the premises. Between the hours of 0000 and 0600 the sale of
alcohol will consist of the appropriation (allocating items and packaging for delivery) of online orders only. 2. To allow for the provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 2300 and 2400 daily. Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make
representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 9 September 2026. Any representations made to the Licensing Authority must be in writing to the address above or by email to licensing@stratforddc.gov.uk
