Take notice that Ihsan Elah has applied to Rossendale Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003 to vary a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as FREDDY’S CHICKEN, 8 Bury Road, Rossendale, Lancashire, BB4 6AA.
The proposed variation is to amend the Premises Licence to include the provision of late night refreshment , during the following hours: Monday to Thursday: 23:00 hrs to 02:00 hrs Friday to Sunday: 23:00 hrs to 04:00 hrs The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept is the Licensing Unit, Rossendale Borough Council, The Business Centre, Futures Park, Bacup, OL13 0BB.
The record of the application may be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday or at any time at www.rossendale.gov.uk.
An interested party or responsible authority may make a representation in writing to the Licensing Manager, Rossendale Borough Council, The Business Centre, Futures Park, Bacup, OL13 0BB by 04/09/2026. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the Standard Scale, currently £5,000.
