GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

APPLICANT: POUR DECISIONS NEWCASTLE LTD PREMISES: THE WHIPPET INN, 233 CHILLINGHAM ROAD, HEATON, NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE NE6 5LJ 

NOTICE is given that an application has been made for a new premises licence at the above address for a traditional pub. The application is as follows: (1) Supply of alcohol (on/off) 10:00 to 23:30 Every Day (on / off); (2) Opening hours 10:00 to 00:00 Every Day; and (3) Late Night Refreshment 23:00 to 00:00 Every Day. An operating schedule and conditions accompany the application. 

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to The Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety, Regulation and Development, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH or licensing@newcastle.gov.uk Representations must be received by 10th September 2026. The Application Record and Register may be viewed at http://portal.newcastle.gov.uk It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
