2 Newearth Road, Walkden, SALFORD M28 7UU Notice is given that Vinoth Kumar PALANIYANDI has applied to Salford City Council to vary the above Premises Licence to enable the below licensable activities to take place: 1. Opening Hours extended to 06:00 to 23:00hrs DAILY 2. Off Sale of Alcohol extended to 00:00 - 23:59hrs DAILY to allow a home delivery service. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Service, Salford City Council, Regulatory Services, Civic Centre, Chorley Rd, SALFORD M27 5AW or at www.salford.gov.uk/licensing-applications Representations must be received no later than 11/09/26. The application record and register may be viewed by appointment during normal office hours at the above address or at www.salford.gov.uk/licensing-applications It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
