Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl Great Britain Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Dartford
Borough Council for a Premises Licence for Lidl Great Britain Limited, Land at Former Stone Pit 1, Atlas Park, Stone, Greenhithe, Kent for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday.
Any representations from Interested Parties should be made in WRITING to: The Licensing Section, Dartford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Home Gardens, Dartford, Kent, DA1 1DR, or licensing@dartford.gov.uk no later
than 10/09/2026.

It is an offence knowingly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine of which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
