Licensing Act 2003 - Notice of application for grant of a premises licence Notice is hereby given that The Salty Dog Harbour Cafe Ltd The Clock Tower Building, Union Street, Dover, CT17 9BX has applied to Dover District Council for the grant of the premises licence for:
1) enable the sale of alcohol between 10:00hrs to 23:00hrs Monday to Saturday. 09:00hrs to 22:30hrs Sunday.
A register of licensing applications can be inspected at http://www.dover.gov.uk or at the Council Offices, White Cliffs Business Park, Whitfield, Dover CT16 3PJ tel. 01304 872295, by appointment with the Licensing Team between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
Any person wishing to submit relevant representations to this application must give notice in writing to the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by: 11/09/2026/

If accepted as relevant your name and representation will form part of the documentation disclosed to all parties to the hearing before the licensing subcommittee. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: The Prevention of Crime and Disorder, Public Safety, the Prevention of Public Nuisance and the Protection of Children from Harm.
