NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the abovementioned legislation has been made by The Boatshed Charity (Mablethorpe Carnival & Community Events) to East Lindsey District Council in respect of an event known as the Mablethorpe Carnival taking place on the following areas of Mablethorpe:
High Street, Mablethorpe (as shown on the plan deposited with the Licensing Authority).
The licensable activities, which it is proposed to carry on at the premises, are as follows:
The following activities to take place on one occasion per annum for a 2-day period: Regulated Entertainment - 1000 to 2100 Hours The record of the application may be inspected by prior appointment at the offices of The Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council, The Hub, Mareham Road, Horncastle, LN9 6PH, during normal office hours (email: licensing@e-lindsey.gov.uk).
Any representations by interested parties or Responsible Authorities regarding the application must be made in writing (or email) to the Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council at the above address by 28 August 2026.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the licence application.
