APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Greene King Brewing and Retailing Limited has applied in respect of Greystoke, 7 Queens Parade, Hanger Lane, Ealing, W5 3HU for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: To change the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan, drawing number 25:96/09 to licence the external area for the sale of alcohol. To remove a number of conditions which either need updating, covered by mandatory conditions or no longer relevant to the business. We have proposed new conditions relating to an incident log, staff training, weekly inspections for health & safety, noise checks during regulated entertainment, closure of the external areas for food and drink, last sale of alcohol externally to be 30 minutes prior to the closure of the garden, and challenge 25 policy.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL or licensing@ealing.gov.uk not later than 9 September 2026. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations must be in writing.
