NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Jon Starns on behalf of North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College has applied to Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Grayson’s Restaurant, Abbey Street, Nuneaton, CV11 5BP
The application is for:
The supply of alcohol on and off the premises
Monday to Sunday 10:00 - 23:00
The provision of live music indoors
The provision of recorded music indoors
The Provision of performances of dance indoors
Monday to Sunday 10:00 - 23:00
The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept is the Licensing Section, Town Hall, Coton Rd, Nuneaton CV11 5AA
A responsible authority or any other person may make a representation in writing to the Licensing Section at the same address or by e-mail to licensing@nuneatonandbedworth.gov.uk by 7th September 2026
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the Standard Scale, currently £5,000.
