Station Road, Parkeston - Variation of Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Harwich & Dovercourt Golf Club has applied to Tendring District Council as the Licencing Authority for the Tendring District for a variation to its Club Premises Licence as follows:

Applicant: Harwich & Dovercourt Golf Club.

Premises: Golf Clubhouse, Station Road, Parkeston, Harwich, Essex. CO12 4NZ

Details of Application: To extend the hours for the sale of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment from the current 23:00 to midnight on Friday and Saturday evenings and the Sunday evenings associated with the early May, Spring and Summer Bank Holidays.

Any person wishing to lodge a representation concerning this application may write to: Licensing Section, Tendring District Council, Town Hall, Station Road, Clacton on Sea, Essex CO15 1SE or deliver this personally to the Council Offices at Town Hall, Station Road, Clacton on Sea, where the Public Register is available and may be viewed during normal office hours.

Any such Representation must be received by the Licensing Authority by: 21st August 2026.

Please note it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and there is a maximum fine of £5000 for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence.
